1. About the platform

• SayiGo is Almusafir Holidays' online platform that helps travellers prepare what they need before travelling: visa services, the international driving permit, international eSIMs and travel insurance.
• Services are ordered and paid for online on the platform and followed up from «My account». Each service has its own terms, set out below and on the order page.

2. Information and requirements

• Information, requirements and timeframes shown are for guidance based on the latest we have; they may change without notice by the authorities and vary by nationality and residence.
• Final requirements are set by the relevant official authority, and our team will tell you what is needed when you request a service.

3. Visas

• Visa approval, issuance and duration are decided solely by the relevant official authority. Neither SayiGo nor Almusafir Holidays guarantees approval.
• Our role is to help prepare, submit and follow up on the request according to the agreed service.
• Timeframes shown are estimates; we are not responsible for delays caused by authorities, visa centres or appointment availability.
• We recommend not confirming non-refundable flight or hotel bookings before the visa is issued, and we are not liable for any resulting loss.

4. International driving permit

• SayiGo (Almusafir Holidays) is an authorised agent of the Saudi Automobile & Touring Association (SATA), the body authorised in the Kingdom to issue international driving permits based on the Saudi driving licence and under the 1968 Vienna Convention. The permit is issued as a booklet.
• A valid Saudi driving licence is required. The permit is valid for one year from the date of issue, is for use outside the Kingdom only and does not replace the Saudi licence; carry both when driving abroad.
• A lost or damaged permit cannot be reprinted; a new permit is issued at the full fee. The international permit is not an insurance document.
• The permit is picked up at one of our branches or shipped to your address for a shipping fee shown before payment; you are responsible for a correct address and contact details.

5. International eSIMs

• SayiGo and Almusafir Holidays are not telecommunications providers and do not provide telecommunications or internet services themselves. Our role is to help travellers obtain international eSIMs for use outside the Kingdom through a specialised international partner; the connectivity itself is provided by telecom operators in the destination countries.
• Before buying, the customer is responsible for making sure the device supports eSIM and is not carrier-locked.
• The eSIM is issued automatically after payment and its installation details (QR code) appear on the order page. An eSIM can be installed only once, so do not delete it from your device after installing it.
• The validity period starts according to the provider's policy; for most packages it starts when the eSIM connects to a network in its coverage area. Speed and coverage depend on the networks in the destination, and the service is subject to the provider's terms and fair-use policy.
• Minutes and SMS are included only in packages that say so; other packages are data only.

6. Travel insurance

• The travel insurance policy is issued by the insurance company concerned. The policy sets out the cover, exclusions and limits, which are shown to you before ordering.
• Claims follow the insurer's procedures and the policy terms; the decision on a claim rests with the insurer alone.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you enter (names, dates of birth and travel dates); any error may affect the cover.

7. Prices and payment

• Prices are shown in Saudi riyals including VAT, the final total is shown before payment, and no paid service is carried out without your approval.
• Available payment methods are shown on the payment page and may differ from one service to another. Instalment payments (Tabby, Tamara, Madfu and MISpay) are subject to those companies' terms and approval.

8. Cancellation and refunds

• You can cancel a request before payment from the request page.
• Visas and the international driving permit: cancellation is possible only before work on the request has started; once started it cannot be cancelled or changed and the amount is non-refundable. The shipping fee is refunded if the permit has not been shipped.
• eSIMs: the amount is non-refundable once the eSIM has been issued (installation code shown), and is refunded in full if it could not be issued.
• Travel insurance: a policy cannot be cancelled after issuance except under the insurer's policy.
• Government, embassy and visa-centre fees and any amounts paid to third parties are non-refundable once paid, regardless of the outcome.
• Any amount due for refund is returned by the same payment method that was used.

9. The Sanad smart assistant

• Sanad is a free AI information service for people aged 18 and over, and its replies may contain mistakes.
• The approved prices, requirements and timeframes are those shown on the service pages or confirmed by our team; the assistant's replies are not a commitment or legal advice.
• A daily number of questions applies, and it must not be used for unlawful purposes or to send sensitive data such as passport or card numbers.

10. Your account

• An account is created with a mobile number you own or are authorised to use, verified with a code sent by text message.
• Do not share the verification code with anyone; you are responsible for activity on your account.
• We may suspend or restrict an account in case of misuse or breach of these terms.

11. Your obligations

• Provide correct, complete and valid information and documents; you are responsible for any refusal or delay caused by incorrect or incomplete information.
• Do not use the platform for any unlawful purpose or attempt to disrupt it or bypass its technical limits.

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions of official authorities, insurers or telecom operators, nor for indirect damages, and our liability is in all cases limited to the service fee paid to us for the request concerned.

13. Intellectual property

The SayiGo name and logo, the «Sanad» character, and the platform's content and design are owned by Almusafir Holidays and may not be used without written permission.

14. Changes

We may amend these terms when needed; changes apply from their publication on the platform. Continuing to use the platform after publication means you accept them.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the competent courts and authorities in the Kingdom have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
